Nice coffee event in Kanazawa
In May 26th and 27th, 2025, I must work in Toyama prefecture, as business travel from Kyoto. So I stay in Kanazawa in May 25th to enjoy photo walk in my born city. Then when I went to underground plaza of Kanazawa station, I came across the nice event. It was Kanazawa Coffee Festival.
I was fascinated by the target of the event ;
“Let Kanazawa be Japan’s No.1 coffee city.”
Wao!! My living city, Kyoto, has so many coffee shop. They would like to compete against Kyoto? ……No, I don’t think it is not the intention of the organizer.
Anyway, it is nice thing for me if both Kyoto and Kanazawa are No.1 coffee city each other.

When I see the program guide, I noticed 4 coffee shops from Kyoto join this event.
Situation of festival
A lot of people joined the festival. It was chilly. So it was better to enjoy hot coffee.
I selected the deep roasted coffee, EL SALVADRE by COYOTE from Kyoto. I would like visit actual Coffee Shop of Kanazawa, Fukui and Toyama as the next option.
